1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Products showing signs of use or tampering

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at customer@fauxviewdecor.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, FauxViewDecor will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders, partial or full refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the product.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or parts are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or issue a partial/full refund based on the situation.
